Founder & Background
BEC Growth was founded by Badr-Eddine Chatt, who previously built and led BEC Media, a B2B post-production firm with a team of more than 20 editors serving over 35 clients.
Running a B2B service business at that scale provided a clear view of a problem common across the industry: companies with strong capabilities and proven track records frequently lack a reliable mechanism for reaching the buyers who need them.
While operating BEC Media, we developed an internal outbound system that booked sales meetings for the firm consistently and predictably. Results were strong enough that we began deploying the same system for clients, initially for BEC Media's existing base.
Demand quickly extended beyond that group, and BEC Growth was established as a standalone agency. Over the past year, we've worked with more than 30 businesses - from agencies and consultancies to manufacturers and suppliers - now booking 60+ qualified meetings per month.
